About Us

Why iji?

You may have wondered what “iji” stands for. Perhaps tried to force-fit an acronym. The Insurance Jujitsu Institute, anyone? We like that idea, but “iji” (pronounced like saying the letters "e-g") is an Inuit word meaning “eye”. It’s an excellent metaphor for the work we do, looking deeper to find the underlying patterns in your business, bringing you a clearer vision of a profitable future.

The firm operates lean, with almost no overhead. We have built relationships with professional staffing firms, recruiters, and other analytics providers to deploy the right talent at the right time, should your needs require it. All projects are personally coordinated by the owner, to ensure the utmost in personal care.
